Does it need a couple of new rubbers…?
That was awesome @Victork2! I liked the one from a couple of years ago better. You were really throwing yourself at the tire in that one! But you were slower—and probably zonked afterwards.
I just read that it’s been sold to a Polish buyer!
Lol, it’s from Graphsim’s Hornet series - possibly from Hornet 3.0 or Korea (they were the same).
Thought so too
I find it fascinating, how somebody with zero knowledge about aircraft decided that this is a good cockpit print. I mean it does not even fit the shape.
Probably a copyright infringement also
We totally missed our yearly rainy season and went straight into mid-summer for the better part of a month, now we’ve got a storm front rolling through that almost immediately dropped the temps by 10 degress which…pretty much never happens in urban Tokyo…except for the past 2 years.
Mate the combines are out in force today, you arent alone.
You there on two or four wheels?
Speaking of which. Those two Alfa’s parked out the front… very tasty.
I haven’t been to the Ace cafe for years! Wonder how much has changed
While we are on the the subject of that particular cafe, I was told stories about the Ton Up club when I was a kid. I grew up around motorcycles and racing…
Also, my ‘old man’ was a rocker in his day, he even got a story in the local rag titled “Kerosene Cowboy Hits Home” when he popped a wheelie at the lights and dropped his then GF off the back of the bike and there happened to a newspaper photographer on hand to immortalise the moment… Dad halfway across the intersection on the back wheel and said lady ‘sitting’ on the road.
Actually on foot. We arrived by plane yesterday and stayed overnight in a hotel nearby.
The Ace Cafe hasn’t changed much since my last visit 8 years ago. Yesterday was Italian night. It was kind of a slow event. 3 Alfas, 2 Guzzis, 2 Aprillas and a couple of non Italian rides. Still a good way two enjoy a cold one after a hot day. I like this place.
The neighbourhood is kind of interesting. A couple of new buildings but still very industrial and dirty with a big busy road.
Today we will continue to Goodwood’s Festival of Speed.
@keets and @Victork2 … the combine harvesters have seriously been out in force round here… got stuck behind one at 05:20 this morning while’s he was moving between fields
Never seen Alfa with the steering wheel in the wrong place before…
I reckon one is a Giulia.
I’m extremely jealous! I’ve always wanted to go there! Have a great time @miRage! Get some pics and share with us!
I’d be dead after one tyre.
You are a proper bloke.
Remember to drink a lot. Water, I mean. Also maybe a beer when you are home, you earned it, but definitely water.
