Wow. Reminds me of my first bike (Honda Nighhawk 250). Of all the bike’s I’ve had I should’ve known better and kept only that one, forever. Just plain, basic, fun transportation. Today it would only cost about $5 to fill it up too.
I like it. Could have a tad more power but I have gotten used to it.
It is the 50hp engine, my mom bought the bike in…1996 I think, I have been riding it on and off since the early 2000s, this is the second little tour since I restored it back into working condition last year, after it had been sitting in the shed for six years or so.
Lovely! I completely missed the end of that story, glad to hear it’s fully operation once more!
Here is the thread:
Carry on here:
Nice haircut Beach. I broke down and gave myself the covid haircut this past weekend. You know, #7 on the top and 5 everywhere else. Near the end of it, I noticed that I missed some long hairs on the crown of my head, like I was trying to do a comb-over. It’s also the place where my hair is thinnest. Ok, maybe a wee bald spot. So I snap the 7 back on and begin shaving away at the long hairs. But my hair gets really thin while I’m doing this and I get frustrated and finally look in the mirror tell myself to suck it up.
Then, I realize that I had snapped on the #3 and not the 7. The lesson, don’t operate shears when you’ve had a few adult beverages.
My wife is da’ bomb!
The lighting engine seems off, unrealistic.
Not gonna play until fixed.
It’s been 47 days since my last flight. I’m kind of jealous Chris!
It was a nice run up and down the coast. It’s weird out there though. Out of Philly…one brief stop at 7K for traffic, then cleared straight up to FL400 with no stops.
I hurt from laughing.
Picnic-on-a-wing…! Bluefield, WV today. The FBO is taking the lockdown seriously. No tables or common areas open…so we had to eat lunch on the ramp.
I’m glad some of you guys are getting some flying in!
I’ll call you at 2AM next time I get paged so you can feel in the loop again… Would you prefer a stormy night or a clear one?
