I am out of IT for some time now . dont really know much about the new stuff for web design . did some dhtml and javascripting back in the day .
thinking about creating web page which should be partially created by admin(s) and partially opened for adding content by the community ( something like mudspike , haha 
)
could you pls give me some advices or tips if you are in the knows - regarding the tech to use or directly hosting service(s) which offers some products like that .
