YASS!
Another great MicroProse title is finally mine! (and for less than a tenner!)

What I really really want now in my collection are two more MicroProse titles… F117 and Airborne Ranger.

I forgot that was when the public didn’t know what the “Stealth Fighter” looked like.

I had a die cast model of that artistic interpretation of what the Stealth would look like.

I remember when I was on a trip to Murmansk several years ago, thinking to myself ‘last time I was here was in 1988 in an F19 Stealth Fighter and they never saw me coming! ‘

NO collection like that is complete without the accompanying 3.5 disk box full of boot disks made for each one

I’m actually starting to consider the whole F-15 collection as well- F15 Strike Eagle 1,2,3 and Jane’s F-15 too.

I stopped using those when i discovered the Boot menu/Submenu. Also the fact that I had a disk drive that ruined a couple of my boot disk’s.

I was lucky enough to buy a DOS book that explained how to set it up.

I started on DOS 6.22 and WIN 3.1

HA! N00B!! :yum:

I started with PCs with DOS 4.0 and Win 3.0. What a POS they both were.

However, to this day I maintain the best was DOS 7 aka Win95 exited out (which could be done with some finagling) that I used for things like Jane’s sims.

I would just like to add the more dreams come true!

The first official physical release of a commercial game I co-developed!
I made that box cover, art of and in the manual, in-game loading screen and more.
I’m a game-dev y’all!

More pictures will follow.
