Exactly! This is promising to have the best of many modules:
- the vintage tech charm …
- and pure, uncensored by FBW, maneuverability of the F-5
- with CCIP and speed like the 4th gen jets
- and the user friendliness in cockpit design that we know from Dassault’s Mirage 2000
I have high hopes for this module!

Got to be quite the handful…
Was only a little interested…until I saw some fly near me a few months back (while kayak fishing). They were beating up the overhead pattern an Tyndall AFB. Contract aggressors. Seeing them in the flesh sold me, FWIW. I guess they have enough around to support that kind of operation.
Should make for an excellent addition to any red force ops.

Some version has it IIRC, included a Fighter Bomber variant… DO we already know which specific version they are making?

So apparently we get multiple versions!
Mirage F1-CE (basic single seat version) - Basic Export version used by Spain.
Mirage F1-EE (multi-role with refueling probe) - Single-seat all-weather multi-role fighter and ground-attack aircraft. This version should have RWR, but not all of them. Unclear at the moment.
Mirage F1-BE (basic two seater) - Training Version, no cannons and less fuel. Still combat capable.
Mirage F1-M (modernized with partial glass cockpit) - The project included a revised cockpit with colour LCDs and a Smart HUD from Sextant Avionique, a Sextant inertial navigation system with GPS interface; NATO-compatible Have Quick 2 secure communications; Mode 4 digital IFF; a defensive aids suite; and flight recorders. The radar was upgraded to Cyrano IVM standard, adding sea search and air to ground ranging modes.
This version definitely has an RWR.

From the rate they kept squashing bugs and adding to the C-101 I’m confident they can make it in a reasonable timeframe. Actually, if there is one that can, it’s Aerges.
