So after much investigation, I’m 99% sure what’s happened is my ISP is incompetent. I’m paying for a 13 Mb’s up. I’m currently getting half that. This kills the server bandwidth.
Time Warner is the devil Bobby Boucher. The Google Fiber singularity cannot happen soon enough.
Also It’s entirely unrelated, but watching this makes me feel much better.

Is it too late to sign up for a slot for the 3rd? I’ve never done ARMA multiplayer and am not very good at single player, so just give me an unimportant role and point me in the direction of something that needs to be shot…
The bad news is I don’t think we’re doing anything that formal tomorrow.
Good news is the informal stuff is way better for learning.

I missed participating in most of the sessions last weekend due to the holiday and family interference visits 
.
I know we had some issues with the event on Saturday but I want to thank @near_blind for putting it together and doing a lot of work behind the scenes … work that may not have been obvious due to the issues. Mission design and balancing is a tough job and it gets more thankless when there are issues with the server and we never get to see that hard work.
My hat is off to him and I hope he is having a great 4th of July weekend!
