Good spot. The spoiler lip does not look like the street version.
Might be a competizione:

It’s a pig to drive but still a ton of fun!
Seriously, those late 80’s early 90’s “supercars” were in reality not that impressive!
True, especially by today’s standards. And you had to be a superhuman driver to get the most out of them because all they wanted to do was kill you ![]()
But. If I could have any Ferrari it is a toss-up between the F-40 and 250 GTO.
Really? Not a 330P3 or one of those legends?
Funny you should mention that. A very close runner up.
But if I could have absolutely any car. Number 1 pick is:
Well, what can I say… I am a sucker for any WSC car to be honest. That Ferrari does look good but I think some of the Porsche’s or Vette’s at the time looked better, the british also had some lookers!
It might be red, but that is an Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale.
Not only IMHO the best looking car ever built, but years ahead of it’s time in 1967. Aluminium body and Chassis, double wishbone suspension. 1995cc fuel injected V8 that produced over 200HP and revved to nearly 10,000rpm. By all accounts a road going sports car that handled as good as it looked… Another rarity for 1967 ![]()
Alpha/Ferrari, same same innit? ![]()
Anything but a C9 or a 962C is not a real car anyway!
REALLY! Group C is peak race car to me. Those Saubers sure were sexy death traps!
Though as fun as they are, so many cars are a ton of fun to drive. Some of the early 2000’s GT cars remain excellent, and AMS2 now has that classic diablo lambo!
And the altitude record, too.

I’m pretty sure that the CLK GTR holds that one, driven by marc weber.
And yet that picture is from Spa I think, that is not the Mulsanne Kink
Just past Malmedy right? as you head into the Masta Kink!
