At my parent’s house outside of DC. Amtrak train to Pittsburgh at 4PM. Did a test loading of the panniers and gave it all a quick pedal around the neighborhood. All systems nominal :woman_astronaut:

Yes, the most important thing on long cycling trips, never stop eating. Once you’re hypoglycemic, you’re in a world of hurt.
