Well I made a post over at the main forums and it seems the team is aware of the Huey issue. Apparently its the same with the Mi-8. Hopefully a fix is in the near future.

Apparently, the new INU simulation for the Black Shark 3 is having some major problems right now. Some pretty smart people are confused and awaiting clarification from ED on some issues found.

It wasnāt apparent from the vid, does it only apply if starting cold and dark? If so, my workaround will be to start hotā¦ which is my default start for the Ka-50. Way too much buttonology for my feeble brain in that particular aircraft.

Yes. In fact the video does say a āhot startā appears to work but the cold start is screwed up. Also, no clear instructions because manuals have not been updated or are conflicting. Volk, the guy who made the video loves the Black Shark. Itās his favorite helicopter and has been playing with it for years. His tutorials on different aspects of it are superb and a go to resource for learning this gunship. He is a very sharp tack. If he is confused or cannot figure this out, somethings wrong.

Just a word of Caution when Uninstalling DCS Modules
So with the addition of The New Ka-50 I decided to uninstall the previous version.I did this with The original A-10C since I have The Newer version.
I did this with a few more modules I donāt really use anymore to try and save some HD Space.
After doing this though I found that half my User made missions were not showing in my āIn Gameā mission menu.
But when I checked my Saved Games/Missions Folder they were there.
I couldnāt figure out what went wrong.
So I decided to reverse what I did and reinstall the modules I deleted.
When I did I noticed The NTTR Terrain was in the list of Available Downloads But I didnāt uninstall this originally!! 
The only thing I could think of is since I bought The Original A-10C back when it came out and it came with The NTTR that this got uninstalled along with The A-10.
But I donāt remember getting any warning when doing so.
Just a Heads Up to a Frustrating issue that happened and might happen to others.

I must have that turned on in my iPhone.
For a long time, when I would conclude an email with āBest regardsā, it would autocorrect it into āBeat retardsā, a phrase which I have never ever uttered or typed on my phone! I had to be very careful to check it before hitting send and make sure to correct it manually each time it did that.
