Well I guess our first release bug for the viper is out before it is!

My BMS proficiency seems to be pretty useful so far. It’s kind of a weird feeling seeing these videos and already going “yep, I know exactly what buttons I need to push.” Usually I’m two steps behind wondering what’s going on before getting my hands on the bird for the first time.

Well, the beauty of the clamps is that you can remove them in about a second, and so my plan is to just disconnect the usb cables (I just added a USB 3.0 powered hub for all my controllers to keep the cables/connectors together), and then put the Yoke and throttle in their place. The Warthog stick has already been removed from the desk as the photo above was just to show I now have a sidestick configuration for the F16. I’m still thinking about how I am going to use the MFD bezels going forward. I will probably just leave it as is. In VR I won’t be able to see the VirPil stick anyway.
I could never have my desk so tidy… at least not for very long ;). You also beat on the number of sticks you have on a single desk!
I would be lost without the stratification of crap on my desk that makes the passage of time easier to mark.
