Before I go (back) to HB, am I the only here that ordered the Founders pack (shirt plus vinyl) and have not received the order? I say “back” because I inquired with them a few weeks ago and they assured me my order is on the way. I see a couple of folks have received their founders pack a while back. Just wondering…

It’s also possible they received the items in partial shipments and not all together. Don’t know if they ship by locale or first-come first-served, but that would also explain why some got theirs long ahead of others.
Personally, I just ordered the module so I know my order isn’t holding up any of your stuff!

They also told me everything was already sent. There is no tracking.

When did you order your phantom? The guys from the Lower Rhine/Ruhr area who pre-ordered on day one got the package on the same day, someone from around Aachen who ordered a day later received his package last week a few others are still waiting, It seems to trickle in slowly…
Phew. Probably in the first week of the pre sale.
According to Heatblur support they’ve shipped everything in March.
I’m afraid the package got lost. Tbh I would have paid extra for being able to have a parcel tracking number.
I placed my order the day after the pre-sale went live.

Also they use economy shipping and no tracking number is provided which is concerning. If it is lost/stolen, am I SOL?
Unless they put it on a dingy and it stopped at the Azores and Iceland, then placed on a pack mule in Canada to arrive here in Texas… 
Depending on what their shipping partner for overseas is it is entirely possible that some of the mail actually did end up on a ship, especially if they chose the cheapest option like it seems. In that case they don’t really have a choice how it’s routed.
For many years we used DHL standard packages for international shipments and that was always a bit of a gamble. Most times it got shipped by air, then the package arrived after about a week, but sometimes it ended up in a container on a ship, then it could take up to 6 weeks but mostly about a month to arrive, up to three months for shipments to Australia.
For a while in 2020 during COVID they stopped shipping by air completely and DHL express is way too expensive for what we are shipping so we switched to UPS and FedEx.
