In Canada our Post goes from Pack Mule to Canoe so it could be a while.

well, we got harbor navigators running into bridges and tipping over cargo ships here, so…
I’d imagine the Founder’s pack requires special packaging and care since vinyls aren’t exactly durable things.
My founder’s pack just arrived. It was stamped Apr 15.
Keep the faith, guys ![]()
As promised.
On arrival
Fake security screening. The audio goes off to let us know someone has entered the building.
A ‘jetway’ up to the 737 800 on the right. The F4 and 200 are down the corridor. I had powered the 800 down so its in darkness inside. I will add photos of it later if there is demand
The cardboard cut outs familiar to real world pilots

I had to stop uploading and fly with a customer. Last few photos. Sorry if some are duplicates
I took a few more butno idea what I have uploaded and have not.
Give me a shout if you want any particular close ups. If your in the UK we have the sims in Peterborough. 737-200 737-800 and the F4J. We also have the RAF Tornado sim which is able to invert and fully combat capable. Not sure where it will go as there is no space here ![]()
All of the MFD Army on launch day:

At the moment the F4J has two main snags, which dont hinder it being used however
- Some idiot bent the right throttle handle, you can see in the pics the two throttles are further apart than they should be. Probably done by trying to come out of burner incorrectly. Its a solid piece of metal I would have thought soldier proof. Not however proof against the British public.
- Our engineers stripped the thred on the front ejector seat elevation motor. So short people need a cushion
The new graphics are coming on nicely. It is running in limited form in the 737-200. A vast improvement already on the RAF graphics. It will be moved across to the F4J as soon as it is debugged. Then the Machloop calls.
Can’t they helicoil repair it? Can’t be complicated to fill and tap that, especially as its not got to survive mach 2
The seat has to come out. It is planned to fix it.
The two engineers are in their 80’s. They were 18 year old apprentices at Ferranti when they did most of the work building the sim from the original F4J. They only get used a couple of times a year. They are also training a software engineer and are hoping to get a mechanical engineer to future proof the sim. If your interested the company does pay cash and you can fly the sims.
That indeed does kinda sound like a job for a slightly crazy person that might or might not arrive in a Humvee… ![]()
But would you let said person near the rocket boosters in those ejector seats … we have seen what those types of people do with airbag charges ![]()

Oh.
or JATO from the Hercules.
Back seat of F4. Its a work in progress. We added a screen to give a forward view. Poor photos as I was in a rush.
When the sim was built from the original F4 a lot of the back seat stuff was removed as classified

…Indeed They Did!!

/Looks nervously at @komemiute

LOL
If the Napalm isn’t working then I’m not buying it! A module should never be released in that state…I don’t care if everything else works perfectly. ![]()
