I don’t want to speak for anyone or put anyone on the spot, but might it not be advantageous to offer Boomerang the option of getting in touch with either Wags or the SMEs via email or something? That’s not something that involves me or this thread, or anyone else in it. I’m just saying if guy taking pictures like that 
is raising concerns about a facet of your systems implementation, I’d make sure that concern was run down.
