I drove against one of those Spanish ones during a test ride last week. They are pretty solid. Would not hit them again.

Ya those markers are balls. Most of the physics pretty good. Some ghost rocks and invincible wood markers though…

Just drove the first stage of Australia in the “boat”.
I just like the DS, I think it looks cool. And it is… stable. It fits my grandma driving style.
I messed up in the…like, second turn and got some seconds there. Overall I was a few seconds ahead of @Mudcat (10:09.642) but now I am stuck pressing “try again” over and over since racenet refuses to accept the result…

alt-tab away and upload a video while you wait, the game server seems to be down for me too, can’t even log into the game.
Racenet wouldn’t be so annoying if it didn’t puke all over itself daily.

I finally managed to get connected to the servers just now and managed to get stage 1 done. I took the Lancia as I can’t get on with the mini and the Citroen looks like a piece of cheese. 
Time was 9:14 and change.
I have no idea if that’s going to upload. It did manage to continue and showed both your times Aginor and Mudcat, but then I couldn’t continue or return to the main menu.
Are the servers always this bad?

Always, no, but on more occasions than it should be
Still no joy here.
Watching TV with my wife now and every ten minutes or so I try to connect a few times.

Just for laughs I disconnected my whole Internet and reconnected everything.
That helped a tiny bit in that I can now see the result list (apparently this is loaded via the Steam cloud, the game said that I need to reconnect Steam).
So that worked but I still cannot continue.
Grrr… it has been over three hours now and I’d like to go to bed.

Oh wow it is getting worse now.
Meanwhile Steam has lost connection, too…
Must be all the quarantined Americans sitting on the servers…

Elby here to say hi! Great rally events set up by Mudcat. Non stop entertainment in these Fu^&ed up times. I’m still TRYING to work these days so I can’t join every event but I’m looking forward to what Mudcat has planned for this Easter weekend! Stay safe everyone.

Finished up the Alt Rally in Spain. Stage 10 and 11 went well. Flowing along right on the edge, through the constant left-right-left-right sequences was a beautiful, if dangerous, dance. Stage 12 I got a puncture early, replaced it but got two more later on. Managed to finish with two tires still on the rims though… Roll on Finland! (Not literally, I don’t want to roll over there)
Will run in Australia tomorrow. I think we need to come up with nicknames for each of the cars now. We’ve already got the cheese boat and the 80 mph earthquake. Any ideas for the Lancia? Pizza run?
