Unfortunately not. She can only restock in certain systems in the Bubble or Colonia. I thought about stocking up but you have to purchase whole packages of stuff and at full price and I couldn’t justify the cost or cargo space.
You can transfer any ship or module you own to her but it might cost a bit due to the distance.

OK happy to report that my little trip around the system @adlabs6 scouted I brought back 30 tons of Tritium I donated to the Carrier.
It’s not a lot but I’m still taking my time exploring around.
It’s all so nice and relaxing! 
Hey @HavlokUK , I don’t know how bad it is but could I ask to be able to sell on the Carrier some Bromelite? Just to recover some costs from the mining limpets and repairs…
(I prefer to donate the Tritium rather than selling it as you’re carrying me around- it’s just correct I pay the fuel 
)
I’m not sure what’s required so let me know if it’s trouble.

No problem. The price for bromelite is pretty low though. I’ll set up a buy order shortly - just need to log in.

I donated 240LY this evening. Pretty good yield on some of those icy asteroids.
Very nice getting back out and doing some mining again. Though it did seem odd to just ignore that asteroid with the Core full of Low Temp Diamonds!

They may not be worth what they used to, but FEI PAW is still buying at reasonable prices. But I know what you mean, its strange not to be mining for money.

Would it be possible to sell on the FEI PAW also some :
- Hydrogen Peroxide
- Lithium Hydroxide
- Methane Clathrate

OK, Serpentine Flyer is in-system, and I haven’t done any mining in a few years. What could possibly go wrong here?
EDIT: apparently I’d stripped her of the mining gear and somehow EDSM and Inara didn’t catch that. OK, another 18+ hours for the modules to fly out from Shinrarta.
