have you found you’ve had to sacrifice detail levels going to the 0.6mm nozzle? That is a very sharp looking model. I’d not have thought that was made at the nozzle size!

There are a lot of metal parts involved you can’t 3D print.
So he needs to print out the parts for a laser cutter that can then cut the parts to make a CNC machine that can then make another 3D printer.
I’ve run the numbers, this is the most cost effective way to flight sim.
If only he could 3D print printer ink.

I was quite suprised that quality loss is about zero.
10h long print is now easily made in 5h
