C-2A Greyhound COD CONFIRMED
Dassault Super Étendard confirmed!
Kidding aside though, as long as it’s older than the F/A-18C, that’s another pretty much guaranteed buy from me. DCS will be expensive with all of those lovely 3rd gen jets coming soon. And I don’t even like the F-4 (which I know is a big ph***ing deal for most DCS pilots)
But with Mirage F1, A-7E, A-6E, F-8J and another Heatblur carrier module, the future is looking brighter than ever.
And now I’m going to take the A-4E for a spin. Gotta practice that terrain radar work and radar-assisted bombing before the A-6 comes.
Life is good
The things I would do for that module…
I guess for now you just have to dress up your Viggen in Argentinian colors and load it up with those funky Swedish robot ship killers!

I agree with this, F4 not my cup of tea either F8 is the one
@Victork2 and I will fly the living daylights out of it…ugly transporter with an exciting logistics mission? Sign me up! It’s like a fixed wing Hip
Huh, as I was reading that:
Your mission, should you choose to accept it (and you will), is to distribute a load of hyper-elastic canine stool samples from the USS Roosevelt to all the other battle groups, in varying weather conditions (someday we’ll have this), with specific TOT’s (to meet you escorts - Tomcat’s that is)…
Honestly I think the Greyhound would be the perfect cargo plane for DCS. Didn’t it have a secondary mission of potential SEAL HALO delivery during the 80’s/90’s?
(Would need to turn ‘random failures’ up 4000% to simulate accurately.)
Add me to that virtual squadron!
… And those are -B’s. Look at the IRST’s under the radomes.
It’s the VSN mod- Cobra already confirmed it’s not theirs.
quality wasnt up to HB Standards, even at that distance you can tell it wasnt a HB Model.
Blurred textures, no PBR Maps, simple glass, lack of fine details, both had the same numbers.
Personally instead of a C-2 I think a CV-22 (and an MV-22) would be good. More versatile, a couple of arming options, and just looks cooler.
Osprey would make a wtfawesome DCS module, but I reckon there aint sufficient declassified data to build one.
I mean, that would be pretty cool, but for the time periods covered mostly in game, I would agree that a C/E-2 would get more mileage.
Though let’s be honest, if we’re doing a C-2, we’d need Hong Kong on a map too…
It’s a transport, so it’s mostly about how it flies, and I don’t think that’s particularly classified. Perhaps exact range and speeds, but if they might sell them to Indonesia I don’t think anything is too sensitive about it.
You guys do know I was kidding, right…?
Right?
