I like it - it feels very much like the O+ face mask - which most will remember I raved about being the most comfy of the headsets I’ve owned. The foam feels awesome…very comfortable, and a lot more natural feeling than the silicone over the default. It is really squishy…like the O+ one was. Keep in mind I’m also using it with the top headband thing:
So my Reverb G2 has become as cozy as the modded O+.

If I press against the headset to compress the foam even more, I can probably get another 2° of field-of-view…or more accurately, get another 2° of FOV back because I do think the plushness of the VR Cover probably robs you of a slight bit - but it is worth it for the comfort.
I get zero light leak.
So yeah…I like it…
