It’s nice to be able to download those 70GB DCS patches in a couple of minutes. My internet has been rock solid since switching to 1Gbit/s fibre. It wasn’t terrible before but the maximum speed available was 100Mbit/s and sometimes the connection would drop for a second or so, enough to be disconnected from a server if I was playing or the speed was there when downloading games but as soon as I was trying to watch a YouTube video or stream Netflix the videos would buffer and the only fix was to restart the router…
