Fantastic Idea!!! Sounds like this Map is very close,Not sure where The Hind’s Progress is? I can see myself “Snaking” through some Canyons in The Kiowa with this Map

Man the A-4 is a fun ride. This morning, i mis-clicked on the arming panel, ended up with three huge motherlovers of gunpods. Moar dakka!
I managed to cold&dark it, but not the radio. Somehow I couldn’t get the darn thing to transmit.
As for the Syria map, of course I’ll buy it. Not a shadow of a doubt.

A-4’s radio doesn’t work as the community needs SDK access to enable radios.
When we did exercises in the Navy we couldn’t get exact adversary aircraft or ships and such to play the bad guys, plus we had geographic constraints of staying in an OPAREA. So we had a big red button that said “I Believe” and we would press that.
FA-18s = MiG-29s?… I Believe! Sail across the Pacific overnight?…I Believe?
Today FA-18s = Su-27s?… I Believe!
I’m thinking MiG-19s and MiG-15s = MiG-17s; M2000 or Viggens = Mirage IIIs…maybe F-14s=F-4s, although there are AI F-4s…I Believe! 
(Actually it was just a picture of a big red button on a PowerPoint slide…we would pretend to push it…I Believe!

Going off the listed airfields and map size, you can kinda get an idea of the scope of the map. Basically if you draw a line straight down from Incirlik, just east of Cyprus, to a little past Haifa but not to Tel Aviv (I assume they would have listed this one if its in) you can get an idea of how much space there will be for boat ops on the coast. Keeping that “North of Tel Aviv” limit, you can see that it will include a portion of northern Jordan. Another assumption is that Iraq is not included, but dropping a 500x600km square over the area would have to include some portion unless they cut off a large portion of eastern Syria. Raqqah is included so maybe thats near the eastern limit?
Will be a cool map and I’ll buy it. Lots of operational opportunities here. The PG map is excellent, hope it meets this level of quality/performance.
Would have loved for it to be bigger (giggity) and include western Iraq, but It seems like it should be a great set piece. 6 day war scenarios, US carrier ops over Syria fighting insurgents, Syria Civil War gone hot with US/Russia, Cruise missle strikes on Syria air bases, etc. Can even do parts of Operation Northern Watch from Incirlik assuming Iraqi incursions into Syria. Might be a stretch with no Iraq though.

Yeah, if it doesn’t get over to the Mosel area you would need some Iraqi or Insurgency move into western Syria. Hey! I Believe!
