Note that uninstalling the game will NOT clear your community folder.
Because those files are saved to your users profile. And therefore are not managed by the installer of the game.

In my case uninstalling will clear these folders, since they are stored with the game data. I have Xbox app version of the game installed in custom location on my non-system NVMe drive.
In my case their location is
F:\WpSystem\S-(long string of numbers)\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
and to confirm that, the folders on system drive are linked to those on that F drive.

Sadly reinstalling didnāt helped. For the record I tried that few times already befor the 3rd patch. Still long loading time and getting stuck at 68%. Maybe it would pass that mark, but Iām not willing to wait 1 hour to see if it does.
Iāve seen many new posts on their forums from people with similar problem. Seems like the servers donāt want to serveā¦
Itās so annoying, I think Iām going to just put away this sim for a while. I already lost so much time troubleshooting and waiting for it to load. On the forum I read one post where someone wrote that he has 40h playtime, but was only able to actually fly for 20 minutes. My ratio is not that bad, but at this point I would say itās 50/50, with the trend lately going in the wrong direction.

One last idea, but it might be too cumbersome:
You could try to create a new user on your PC and use it to start the game. Just to make sure the user profile is not to blame.
Iām not willing to go that route, since the Windows user account has linked credentials to the MS Store (AFAIK) which means Iām not sure I could have 2 separate Windows users with the same MS Store user linked to it? And I need this to access the game through GamePass in XBox app.
I can always just try to enjoy this title on my XSX which at least loads pretty fast.
I actually played a bit yesterday on the console and noticed that they reduced some detail (which you canāt change in game options since itās on a console). The clouds from what Iāve seen were set to equivalent of LOW on PC, whereas before it was set to something like HIGH or even ULTRA. But even then after flying for a bit in free flight the game just froze and crashed to the dashboard. Which only shows that they even canāt get the game to run properly on known hardwareā¦

Oh, btw, has anyone checked how high you can fly in MSFS2024?
IIRC it was capped at 275000ft (83.8km) in MSFS2020 which was a bummer.
Iād totally love to land a Space Shuttle from space or just zoom climb with some plane (like the Darkstar) and see where I can go. Replicate the X-15ās highest altitude flights (above 310,000ft), that kind of thing.
Is there any plane in MSFS2024 already in which one could test that?
You can use the slew function to position yourself as high as you want, I checked out this in the Alpha and noticed FPS drop with rising distance from Earth. AFAIK you can go pretty far from Earth in 2024.

The ā68% Bugā is near the top of the buglist on their forum. Not useful information but you know youāre not alone.

Asobo closed the bug because they claimed to fix the issue on the last patch.

A reinstall helped in my case. I was pretty thorough about cleaning up residual folders, including Community and the one in AppData. But some settings were stored with my Xbox account, and that is really a good thing. I forgot to backup my controller profiles, but after the install, they were there and applied to the same aircraft. Thatās because they were stored online with my Xbox account. A reinstall, including adding some third party aircraft in the Community folder, only took about an hour. Then a patch the next day resolved the audio pause problem. Still some streaming issues remain judging how airport objects and traffic randomly disappear, then reappear.
That might go under LOD problems
