No it loaded right up. Once you get in go to accessibility settings to turn off the narrator, Otherwise it’ll drive you crazy
Yeah, I think it waited to download something from the server. It loaded right up after I run it again some time later.

I’m in but I was hoping for console. Not really interested in PC.
I was finally able to get inot the game. I had issues with the controls - the input from my flight stick didn’t worked correctly for half of the axis for elevator and ailerons. In the end I just hooked up my Xbox controller. TIR works fine. Messed a bit with the sim, I love that you can exit the aircraft and just walk around.

I did notice the moving trains still worked as well. Other airports seemed to either work well or had things like elevation issues, mismatched ground textures, and most prevalent: Lod issues and runway texture conflicts.

There were tons of cruise ships on the Hudson, half of them intersected like giant floating crosses. But the sim looks beyond amazing. I never played on the PC without VR so it’s impossible to compare performance. But, definitely a taste of great things ahead.

MSFS2020 is having a sale on aircraft i would like to have but would they be on MSFS2024 if i bought it ? Would anything i bought in MSFS2020 be moved over to MDSFS2024 ?

I would say it’s comparable. Maybe a tad worse, but it’s an alpha so I’ll guess we will see on the release day.
