Don’t think I posted this one earlier since it looks like a new release. I haven’t bought it yet…but it would be on my short list. Johnson Creek (3U2)…one of the central gathering spots for mountain flyers out there in the Idaho area… Would be a fun spot for a Mudspike Fly-In (using default or add-on scenery…) Only a bit over $9 too…

Is… is there anything interesting in Idaho besides potatoes? :potato:

I can’t answer that without being banned for politics… It IS an outdoorsman’s paradise though. Fishing, hunting, hiking… I have a dream of owning a Maule or something and visiting all those forestry strips with a tent and some bear spray (gotta keep those kids in line!)…

This looks interesting… available now via OrbX Direct. Rather than building a company, as in Air Hauler, you are just a contract pilot. Still, it looks well done.

That’s a pretty slick website they have…!

Are these real apps on a real tablet?

Edit: no, looks like the UI resembles a simulated tablet with simulated apps. Why not

No, it’s a virtual tablet. It looks quite well done and being virtual, I’m going to guess it should work in VR.

That would be awesome!

Looks very cool, but what is the economy there? only to feed your ego? if you have more money and karma what influence or change in your career?

Is anything more necessary to a pilot?? Sounds legit to me.

The real question is whether we will get per diem.

I’m not sure about the economy side of things. The karma element, evidently influences the kinds of contracts that are made available.

I took the plunge and purchased Skypark. I just flew the introductory mission and I like what I see so far.

If you are looking for a serious business simulation, then AH2 is a lot deeper, but Skypark is less dry, and the tablet format is pretty slick. I’d like to see a more comprehensive EFB element, but it does the job. The mission briefing strip is neat, showing a top down image of the departure and arrival airports along with some details such as runway length and surface type.

Right now, this is ‘early access’, so hopefully it will flesh out some more as time goes on.

You recommend it? You send money there? and for what?
Thanks

Too early to recommend it as I have only flown a couple of contracts. It seems pretty well thought out. It isn’t as in depth as AH2, but I think that is intentional. I’ll report back when I have spent a little more time with it.

thats what I am actually doing in FSE - making money for M.A.D. as a contract pilot

I have no intentions whatsoever to own and manage any virtual airliner or hauling co. thats what keeping me back from AH2.

on the other hand, I dont know what to do with all the earned money  they sure need to introduce some exchange rate so we can start to buy some custom skins or something for real money

Not a release yet…but Aerosoft are working hard on their new Twin Otter. They are literally counting rivets…!

I literally just pulled the trigger on the Seminole so I’m kind of glad that the Twotter isn’t available just yet .
