This looks like one I would enjoy. I’m on the road for a bit though, so I won’t get to try it until later this month.

Need that GOSHawk in DCS…

I thought this was due on the 11th, nice! A 1 GB sim update, 10 GB content update. The FBW A32NX team got the update early from Asobo by the looks of it, as they’ve already updated the Dev build to work - wahoo!
EDIT: Looks like crash to desktop for me, with an empty Community folder too. Perhaps later then ![]()
That stinks. For what it’s worth, it went flawlessly for me, so there is hope.
Seems ok on a restart. They included the old FSX liveries, hello again old friend ‘World Travel’…
Plus contrails!
Getting better and better. ![]()
I thought it was ORBIT Airlines? Or am I misremembering?
Does anyone think the sim runs worse after the patch?
I installed and tried VR, but man did I have to turn down the detail to get it to run smoothly.
Tried non-VR on Ultra settings. (New computer I9/3090) and it was pretty choppy here as well.
Maybe my imagination. New computer, VR, no VR.
I’m not sure as yet. I do know it compiles new shaders on the fly, so the first time doing something can be suboptimal. I had a crash first time, so 2nd time around seem better so far. I haven’t tried VR yet though.
Edit: Did a shake-down flight in VR from CYVR to KSEA (again) and it worked really nicely, so so far so good for me.
Edit2: Lots of reports of bad performance on the official forums. I’m still using Nvidia 547.30 and no HDR, so I might be ok because of that.
Interesting. I haven’t tried again yet, but I would say that it runs on my 3090 worse now than it did on my 1080 before.
I’ll need to do some jiggery pokery.
Looks just like, home!
So much Dino stuff would be amazing in DCS! His Viking, Bombcat, hawkeye/greyhound…
So hoping he keeps moving forward there!
Here we go!
This may be the first add-on aircraft I buy for MSFS; I have been hesitant about the quality so far.
This one is probably a no brainer for me since I’ve spent so many hours and hours at Gravelly Point as a kid…
You shall not be disappointed!
I spent some time with it and like it so far. Good quality and easy on frames.
Just a reminder that this freeware plane is still out there and getting some nice updates for those what does not have the latest version:
