MSFS Add-Ons & Releases

I have both installed with many paywares in both, also have other civil flight sims, like xp11, p3d, psx, afs4, condor, silentwings, … My pc rans all in good experience but comparing all the sim that i use more is xp12 because fills my expectaion and have in great detail the aircraft that i want to fly the mayority of the time.
Many times for me the flight sim is not the best ever, is the one that rans well what i want to fly, the same as the operation system in my pc, i use the one that runs the games/software that i want to play/use.

Simbrief Update!

We’re excited to announce the release of a new dispatch interface in SimBrief!

SimBrief was originally released in 2013, and since then the user interface has only seen minor incremental changes. The dispatch interface has now gotten a complete redesign with a more modern look and feel, along with additional improvements and new features, such as:

🖥️ The interface adjusting to any screen size

✔️ Dark mode and large text options

📝 Adding comments or notes when saving your flight

🧑‍✈️ The ability to share your flight options with another user

🌦️ Setting minimum weather criteria when searching for alternates

ℹ️ NOTAMs and other general information in the airport weather pop-ups

✈️ A loadsheet section for more convenient access to various aircraft weights

🔎 The ability to search for a flight or airframe using the provided search box

📗 A new and improved user guide accessible from the dispatch interface

Head over to https://dispatch.simbrief.com to get started!

If you require support with the SimBrief Dispatch System or want to make a feature request, please submit a post in the dedicated section of the Navigraph Support Forum where our developers are available: https://forum.navigraph.com/c/simbrief/37

There is a lot to love in that update. Looking forward to seeing it on the Xbox.

I am especially looking forward to the weather/glider fixes.

Yep, the gliders seem about as off as the Pitts. The ground roll (even on the winch) is insanely long. And I’ve yet to figure out ridge lift and thermals.

Don’t forget the new turbulence setting. I think the default right now is “low”

Thanks @HiFlyer. I’ll check.

Speaking of New Zealand, mine is covered in snow (in Summer). Something else to figure out.

Bug? Did they use the northern hemisphere definition of winter, perhaps…?

First a heads-up! Nza Simulations Freeware airports, Westport and Rotorua have been incorporated into the Asobo New Zealand update!

However! Additions for that freeware, such as moving traffic and people must be downloaded at their website. While there, if you don’t already have them, You might also download their other great NZ freeware’s. Have Fun!

Probably. I only play in “Live” mode so everything should be whatever Asobo considers “full-real”.

Awerrrsome! Can’t wait. I had the PAD Caribou to start with, but promoted myself to the Virtavia model when it was updated/released.

As an up and coming plane nerd I used to love STOL multi-props - still do, I s’pose. Mainly twin props, but more is okay. A day watching reforger at RAF Gütersloh with one Herc landing as another was taking off all day long was like what a free weekend on the Reeperbahn would be for a convict!

I’ve flown in a Caribou a few times, most were short flights to between 1500ft - 12,000ft and then I would jump out. But I remember one flight from Darwin to Wyndham, WA… would have been quicker to bloody drive :stuck_out_tongue:

For testing if the runway surface is not too much cold before put the main wheels there
