What are your specs? I havent seen too many issues, especially with crashing.

The graphics card has 3GB but takes some memory from the normal ram, up to another 3 IIRC.
With previous versions of DCSW it worked fine, and my fps before the crash happens are fine as well (I usually play on medium settings). Not perfect but OK.
This is my main rig right now as my other one is dead (and it is faster anywayā¦)
I think Ill give the new drivers a whirl tomorrow and see what happens.
Cool, let us know how it goes, if you keep getting a crash, send me your logs some how and we can dig deeper.

just did a little test flight around in the harrier, with about 10 BTRās spawned for killing, using about 6.2gb of Vram, 10gb of RAM. May want to drop the settings to minimum and see if it still does it. Then you can crank them back up one by one to see what is taxing the system. Iām on a 6700k i7 and 1070.
I had to give a Harrier a go too. Havenāt been in it in monthsā¦it is really looking great. Is there a campaign for it in the works yet?

Got in for a bit before I had to go to bed- definitely brought back some memories (THEY EVEN HAVE THE SANDBOX). Iām looking forward to playing around more in here later!

what a lovely map. I can see though why they suggest 32Gb RAM boy its a hungry thing 
If you set cloud density to 7 and select rain you get intermittent showers. It looks great in the huey, flying in sunshine and then the shower starts and you have water droplets rolling or being driven up with the rotor wash. Awesome

Sounds like I may need to spring for additional RAM at some point as currently Iām sitting at 16G.

I think as other people have mentionedā¦ if you have an older gfx card with not much ram(like mine), then 16gigs of ram may not be enough.

I just did my first flight. Wow! Iām really impressed so far. I have only scratched the surface (a quick run up the coast to Dubai) but everything seems to be smooth, even with 16GB or RAM (I have a 1080 GPU though, which probably helps). Iāll be exploring a bit more later today.

What kind of card? Iām getting stuttering every now and again with my card - Iām thinking Iāll pick up two more sticks myself.
im on a 1070, 16gb and an elderly i5. frames are ok but i want visibility range back up to high.
So I am seriously contemplating either spending about 350 on an i7 at 4ghz that would fit my current box and another 16gb or saving a bit longer and going for a new mobo, cpu and ram. that would cost about twice tho.

Only a few missions shipped with the map. They are SU-25, A-10 and TF-51 Missions. In the A-10 Folder there is a ground attack mission. Im sorry, I have not given the Warthog a lot of love in years. I replaced the A-10 with the Harrier, the F-16 with F/A-18s and off we went. The mission is a hoot!!! No Spoilers. But you got to try it.
The Su-25 folder has a ground attack mission. I will use this to create an intercept of the '25 and its MiG-29 escort. First I had to make them Iranian of course.
IM LOVING IT! QATAR IS ON THE MAP. Albeit, we are a faceless blob of land, but we are there. and in time, I think modders will make Qatar a living part of the map.
The performance I am getting is exceptional. This here video by Jabber, gave me great performance in and out of VR. His settings are my new bible. Check him out.
Oh, I tried landing on that Building for an hour and gave up LOL
