So this one has me stumped, although I haven’t done a TON of research on it. I need an aircraft in X-Plane that has around a 25,000 lb. maximum takeoff weight. My awesome AI aviatrix Destiny has finally upgraded her certification to fly up to 25,000 lbs., but I don’t have a plane that fits the bill. I wanted to build her a Fokker 50, but that is too big. A Twin Otter or Do228 is really too small.
Any suggestions?
Hmm…maybe Embraer 120…but it looks like it a smidge over at 25,353 lbs…I wonder what it imports into Air Hauler at…

Ooops…the Embraer I have for X-Plane is the E110…only a 12,500 MTOW…
Mmm…a Jetstream 41 would be perfect at 24,000 lbs…but X-Plane only has a Jetstream 31…
The Caribou comes in at 28500… maybe a Beech 1900D?
The 1900D imports at 17,920…so I’d be leaving a couple tons on the table…

Maybe I’ll get exotic and get a LORAN-C installed (hey, it doesn’t actually have to work…just like the Fast Erect button that isn’t really hooked up to anything…)
An iPad mini, Garmin Glo GPS puck and Foreflight would be cheaper and a lot more capable.
