Yet the Chinese flanker is coming

exactly what i was thinking … also gazelle’s could be used

… and the Huey too.

You know guys, the WWII AI units package did set a precedent for units package of a different theater so… you know. Just saying.

Unless there’s a Sea Harrier or a Mirage to fly, there doesn’t seem like there’s a compelling reason for a Falklands terrain map. And it would be rather small.

But, you never know.

Wasn’t there a Scooter in dev? Has that project been abandoned? If memory serves, the A-4 did some damage to the invasion (rescue) fleet with dumb bombs.

Their leader, Gospadin, passed a few months ago, but the team is now continuing development.
This is the latest update in their forum thread

Can I just be contrarian here? (Like anything’s ever stopped me before ) A map is just a map. If availability of historic planes, ships, vehicles and troops that were accurate for a specific conflict are a required gateway, nothing would even get done. Personally, I am nowhere near rich enough to pay $200+/per to sandbox every historic conflict which is what that mindset would cost in terrain and planes. The Caucuses (to me) isn’t referenced to a particular Russian incursion into Georgia. NTTR doesn’t represent that horrible episode in the 90’s when California tried to annex Nevada (Look it up!*). And when you do try to mimic a real conflict as in the Channel Map, you realize how futile the exercise is. Personally, I think it is better to treat these things more generically.

*please don’t look it up.

Well that makes a Falklands map almost a certainty. :sunglasses:

So when do we get our Sea Harrier FRS.1?

(No I didn’t, I was just really hoping against hope)

So razbam is releasing an F111 then ?

Must be…

I believe they’ve instead opted to pursue the Su-17 to better align with their strategic vision of :man_shrugging:

Color me surprised. Great news, but I remain cautiously skeptical.

So, given that the Birmingham spent time as a post-Falklands conflict patrol ship (Wikipedia), is the general assumption that her disclosure is an indication of a resumption of that conflict?

That screenshot is eight months old at this point, it was initially released in August of last year.

Razbam has been working on a collection of ships for at least a year at this point, including British, American and Russian/Soviet ones.

Yeah, but the FB post was only 17h ago. So, I guess that’s why the flare went up.
