Think I’ve finally slain the INS dragon. It would have been helpful to know that when the manual makes reference to the TST position of the PSM knob, they mean the STS position of the right PSM knob.

CCRP Autorelease
Now we have enabled CCRP bomb automatic release. The CCRP instructions have been updated in the manual but just in case:
When in CCRP, the trigger instead of releasing the bombs, now functions as a release consent switch.

  1. You must press the trigger as soon as you see the release cue.
  2. Keep the trigger pressed for as long as the cue is in the HUD. The bombs will be automatically released when the cue crosses the diamond reticle center.

The CCRP target will clear when:
a. A bomb(s) has been released.
b. The cue is over the diamond reticle if no bomb has been released.

TAS is working and precision has improved. It still needs some work. But now bombs are hitting in elevation, even if they miss on azimuth (to the left or right).[/quote]

I smell some low pass bombing coming on this weekend!

I need some help, my Magics just aren’t working, I warm the missiles up, lock on both with radar and without and get the launch auth. but when I fire, the missile doesn’t track, and worse I can’t fire the other one. I’ve gone through Chucks tutorial multiple times and its just not working. Anybody else having issues, am I doing something wrong here?

Edit: Over on the ED side of things, everyone is having problems, its a broken patch :cry:

Though 2.0 may see them.

Right now I prefer 2.0 anyway. Much better performance (60fps+ vs 30ish fps around Kutaisi) at the same graphics settings. At least the good ol’ A-10C works, so there is that.
With mirrors off this will never drop below 60fps on my machine (flying low over the strip at Mach 1+ in the F-15 I get ~40fps with mirrors on):

However this is going to play at around 30-50fps at lower graphics settings compared to 2.0:



I have to turn mirrors off when I’m on the ground otherwise I’ll drop below 30fps.

Here is hoping that the updated T4 Caucasus map will improve things.
