Well I was going to suggest the Army War College or the USAF Air War College, but I see @Hangar200 beat me to those type suggestions lol. In all seriousness, most of the service colleges have reading lists and such that public record. Also most “tactical” and “strategic” manuals and guides are open source as well. I can’t really recommend any specifics without knowing if you have any general areas of interest?
Also military history is a great way to learn, so the more of that you read the more you hopefully wont make the same mistakes.
