Did you read the part in the story where one customer sued after spending $4500k and trying to get a refund, lost the case or had it dismissed or something, then has paid for MORE ships since?? 
I find human behavior so bizarre and alien to me at times that I often question if I really am a human. There is a laundry list of things that are supposedly traits of human beings that do not apply to me at all. I don’t just not have them, I can’t understand those who do.
