I keep meaning to spend more time on HoI IV so didn’t dig in. On a quick look it looks nice that you can do the intro scenarios for free so might give it a go, but a common complaint seems to be a lot of the individual battles seem too random.
Ever play Unity of Command, seems similar, also there was an ad for it on the launcher, so probably a good reason for that, same guys maybe?
Loaded it up and spent a good 2 hours on the tutorials, and only finished the 2nd part in that time. Of course I wasn’t very efficient at it. I will at least buy the US Marines one as it’s got Guadalcanal. It certainly is tough as the AI isn’t the least bit stupid.

Am thinking of picking up Salt. Looks like it might be a fun game for Kai and I to play together if I can avoid having to kill pirates…
