How does the thread fit?

I took the generated thread and scaled it down a bit, so it runs rather tight. The material seems quite strong so thatās nice. I made a design error on the cut-out for the stick-bottom bit so Iāve got more grinding to do on that part!
Got a drill press though, so setting that up first tonight. Now I can finally finish my AOA gauge.

Couldnāt make a proper cut-out for the acryllic layer(I want night lights ), and I needed a drill press for that. Kinda kept putting that buy on the back burner but this week I got two big hole saws from china, and my hand drill doesnāt have enough power to use those. Just did my first test drill in some wood, love it!

Received empty Mini DIN-5 plugs so now I can solder my own cables!

Everything is working again, the connectors work fine. Looks like either the producer of the mini-din 5 plugs has taken a fast one with tolerances or Thrustmaster. I had to drill it out a bit to make it fit. Doesnāt matter matter much to me, but if anyone in the future ever reads this (hello!), beware!

You sure about Hall sensors?
I use these.
Not sure thereās space for those inside the cougar. besides thereās a certain line of HAL sensors that donāt require any modifications and are almost plug and play for the cougar.
