Same here. Constellation, Super Constellation, Starliner. I’d take any of them.
I had a pretty good one for FSX back then, it was a blast to fly even though it is a bit bigger than I like my planes normally. Took it from Munich to Shannon, then to Gander and eventually to New York on its historical route.

And no, being a terrible influence would entail, for example, telling you to google “Turkish Terminators” …
These words will likely get me banned from MudSpike, but I’d argue the Terminator is the Phantom most deserving of the DCS treatment. Just look at that cockpit! A fantastic tangle of old school steam and fancy computer bits. Perfectly at home in the black sea region too. In one module you can scratch both the old school steam-and-iron itch, while also having relevance to modern combat operations. Strap
on some dumb bombs and CCIP your way through a Ho Chi Mhen trail scenario, or alternatively load up a TGP and pickle some terrorist in their spider holes. Plenty of modern AA arms and counter measures to fight your way in and out too.

I saw the terminator pair take of from Fairford airshow a couple of years ago and they were spectacular. Full burner. Straight and level unexciting takeoff and they were still one of the most impressive things I’ve seen around there. Completely agree about DCS.
Nope, no mfd’s in my phantom, no thank you. I want a straight up late 70’s -E.
Those Turkish birds are utterly badass though, can’t deny that.

I’d take literally any Phantom. Navy ones could do carrier landings though…
But then Air Force ones could be flown from the back seat.
Late ones have cooler weapons but earlier onrs have the cooler looking analog cockpits…
I cannot decide.
