YES! Finally, a gear handle. Now I can throw away my ‘compromise’. Need to rearrange the pit a tiny bit though.

Huh? huh? What do you think? I do loves me some gear lever, but that is the mother of all gear levers. I suppose on the other hand that it would be hard to miss while wearing an HMD.

I was actually thinking it would make a great hook lever with a different top, mounted on the right side of my pit. I wonder what’s holding the wheel on?

I have some shopping to do when I get back off this trip… the T45 for example. I’m intending to be a bit more disciplined with my aircraft purchases going forward though. Pretty much just the releases that really interest me (mostly vintage and unusual stuff).
This switch panel does have my attention. I’m in no hurry for it, but it wouldn’t surprise me if one turns up at my door, maybe around Christmas or my birthday later this year.
