ROFLMAO!
Ha! That was awesome.
Halo nostalgia rising.
The Halo Master Chief Collection is absolutely phenomenal.
My brother gifted it to me for my birthday and I couldn’t have been happier.
Its better than that. Its utter perfection. The sound design is unbelievable. Swapping back with the select button to the original games and cut scenes is magical.
I cleaned out my garage today. The only way to do it that gives me piece of mind is to completely empty everything onto the driveway and then blow all the dust and crap out with my leaf blower.
Now I discover garage porn is a thing …
I’ll be out in the garage.
`I was (god knows why) looking at these little bits of personal nostalgia today, and musing that most of the people I know would be confused or appalled by this, rather than laughing.
I then had one of those rare moments of self realization, when it occurred to me that my sense of humor, my whole life, from Monty Python (silly walks) on up is is mainly driven by a sense of the absurd.
Interesting after all of this time to suddenly realize exactly why I find certain things humorous.
By the way Mrs Evey (series creator and comedian) intended these short skits as a Satire of J-Pop talk shows, engrish, and more.
I spy a vehicle with two wheels.
I absolutely relate to that.
Much to the chagrin of my wife.
Ahahaha you just brightened up one gloomy Sunday morning for me, thanks! Those are hilarious!
I’m extremely jealous @Elby
My garage is huge. It comprises of. My motorbike area, Storage and a separate room which is my “cave” I normally keep it like an operating theatre in there. My tools sparkle. My beautiful toolbox is polished till it gleams. Im very lucky to have such a gorgeous place that remains free of the children so I take great pains to keep it looking and functioning perfectly.
However since starting my business it looks like someone has dumped a load of lorry parts, pieces of trailer and a hand grenade in there and run off. Its just heartbreaking to see. I was changing the half shaft on a tractor unit last week and drained the gearbox oil at the same time. I couldn’t find the socket (snap on ££) I used to undo the drain plug once I needed to refit it. So hunted around and found another.
Thought yesterday I better drain that oil into a container for disposal as it was just sat on the floor waiting to get kicked over and spill. So I drained it into a 50ltr drum I have…halfway through. Clunk. Found the socket. So now I have the “die hard with a vengeance” issue. How do I drain 40 litres of oil in to a 25 ltr pan and a 10 ltr pan.
Bloody Sundays.
Is that socket magnetic…? And do you have a magnet and a wire?
Non ferrous unfortunately. First thing I tried was my extendable magnet. Which now also needs cleaning now i mention it
OH MY GOD!! This is the best laugh I had all year. A masterpiece.
You need to have watched both 1917 and 2020 closely to get it.
This calls for a new Oscar category.
Love it!
