Yeah, pork has to be super fresh in order to be safe.
There is a good reason why old middle eastern cultures even religiously banned eating it.

A neighbour runs cattle and makes his own Biltong (similar to beef jerky)… Very tasty and ideal to take with you when camping.

A Cessna 120/140 is a fine little airplane, wonderful trainer.
It’s fine on grass. But it’s got a cruise wing and likely a cruise prop, and a C85. It’s not and will never be a STOL plane. That was… wow that was close!

Really any one of those in a 140 will do it. With two (modern) occupants, MTOW can become an intangible concept rather than an objective one.

I do remember two Australian men and “half an hour of fuel plus reserve” was a somewhat flexible concept in the 152… that was back in the 90s so I (hope!) things have changed since then!
