Well… Theoretically, you’re not completely stuck, as you can grab sensors off of Ebay for about $30…
may upgrade to an S, just to lose the sensors

I will be away for the next 2 weeks for work.
I my Headset still works (most of the time), I’ve been repairing it part by part the last few years, even replaced the screens a year or so ago when one was cracked somehow. headband has been replaced with a ski-mask band, etc.
The Sensors likely both failed a while ago, but Oculus software just realized with it tried to update firmware, lol.
Can def use spare parts though.
