Speaking of Meta, here’s a flightsim I’d like to see.
Especially if it comes with Shirley
I’m pretty sure this isn’t everyone’s taste, but I just learned this quirky song on guitar today and I really like it.
David Gilmour. Absolute legend, guitar and voice. Keep in mind he is 70 at the time of the performance in 2016.
Been listening to this about 8-10 times in a row now. Keep hearing more stuff. Quite a layered song.
I liked that saghen. Reminded me of the Latin beat I heard so much of while living in south Florida. And I miss it.
Is… Lily a golden retriever?
Today I found the time to do a little bit of recording, playing the guitar, tambourine, banjo, harmonica, and voice (overall mediocre, but I am working on it) and playing around with EQ, effects and so on.
Thanks to @sobek again for the recommendation of Reaper!
Anyway, as I was recording songs that nobody I know here knows nor cares about, alone in my room, playing all instruments myself, I kinda felt like a one man band, and suddenly this old song that I probably haven’t heard in two decades popped into my head outta nowhere. Might just record this I think, because why not. Enjoy!
No need to apologize.
This song makes me dance (badly). It always has. It is a great song.
Any The Prodigy fans out there?
I remember in the late 90s/early 2000s, I was designing some freeware flight scenery for fs2000 or something like that. I had The Prodigy on repeat, getting into the designing groove. Many late nights, listening to The Prodigy and clicking nodes for taxiways on a GUI.
Yep. Love them
Oh yeah. Every time Breathe comes on the radio in the car, windows down and volume cranked to 11.
Show those young punks how an old punk slams
I wouldn’t call myself a fan, but they have a few nice tracks.
Around 1995/1996 I was still single, heads down coding, working for a great IT consulting firm. When I’d get back to my lonely apartment, I’d immediately switch on whatever music TV channel was available. This is all they ever played LOL! …

Even then I was online gaming and on weekends literally until the sun came up! My EF2000 sessions were incredible! I really appreciated Alanis’ company.
The Prodigy was pretty cool.
That was high school for me- when Keith Flint died a few years ago, it hit really hard.
Hate that I never got to see them in concert.

And, an incredibly talented group of musicians in/ around Manchester I’ve discovered who did an amazing tribute to him:
Oh, here’s a stupid song that kinda freaked me out when I was 22 LOL! …

Heard it on a “camping” trip to the beaches of Sandbanks Ontario. What an unbelievable party.
