I was blown away by the E6B, back in flightschool! It was so precise and really useful. We still did dead reconing in navigation class and I just loved the assignments we got where we plotted a flight across a big map.
Here’s a vowel for you:

Don’t. Move.
I think that’s the last E-6B that matters…
Love the 1.5x magnification of the RF 100mm Macro.
Focus manually set at the minimum focus distance:
Awesome!
Cutting wood for the rafters.
The old boys putting in the floor. The thing is getting there. The rafters are made extra dense because we’re going to put 15m2 of succulents on them. About one ton dry, but they’ll easily hold about a ton of water, if not more.
Couple days earlier, doing a little landscaping with this ras’ clod. ![]()
A40 bridge across the Rhine this evening. It’s very old and was never intended for todays traffic volume (around 100,000 vehicles/day) so a replacement is being build right next to it. You can already see the new pillars in the background:
I also came across a squirrel while taking a walk in the forest today:
Beautiful!
Another one from last night, Looking down on the River Rhine and the Venator chemical plant in Duisburg-Homberg:
Lovely. Never ever stop posting these bud. I love them all. The landscapes, the close ups, the flowers and the trees. Superb ![]()
Not sure how well this will show up in this picture but there is a boulder with a flat top and two smaller boulders on top of it.
Doesn’t look like it would be naturally occurring but the ground around it looks too pristine for heavy equipment to have been used to place them.
Wheels
Is there a little house hiding in there as well?
