I killed a lot of triangular enemy positions in that game. Just as in Gunship I killed a bunch of infantry dots I think it was… Look. I’m pretty sure those insignias on the left shoulder are not historically accurate. Literally. Unplayable.

oh man I remember killing so many of those little dots. Do you remember who they were supposed to be?
I think there were initials involved, FL something? I am trying to resist the urge lately to just ‘look it up’
edit - wait sorry I see it right there, ‘PACT INF’. Maybe I’m thinking of a different dot I spent a lot of time killing, was more of a rebel/guerilla type dot.
I never understood what those side bits/walls in the cockpit were supposed to represent. It’s like the pilot is flying from a tank driver periscope view.
It’s a shame SIMHQ didn’t exist back in those days, if the FW190 dash/gunsight wars were anything to go by, imagine the fun with Gunship’s cockpit.

I was in a t shirt for most of the night last night as well. The trailer I had had a frozen compartment at minus 23 degrees and it just felt mildly refreshing after unloading the rest of the trailer lol

Snow day! Southern Ontario is getting hammered! Went in to work this morning for 5:30 am in the midst of a blizzard. Got my truck pre tripped, checked my load, parked my truck and went home LOL! Was a nightmare getting back home even! If I tried to make my way up north today I think I would’ve been screwed! Most of the major highways were shut down.
It’s all good … I got my snow blower up and running yesterday … preliminary plowing of the front of the house complete. Also dug out the BBQ for dinner tonight … I love grilling year round …

Did both of my neighbor’s driveways too! One couple is elderly and the other family are just really nice.
