Interestingly, the G550 ad Lear 45 are on the list. Also, at least two of the airlines listed are no longer in business (Fly.be and Thomas Cook ).

Nice…the Dash and ATRs should add some traffic to some smaller spots you’d think…

Actually… that listing is for the P3D version… my bad.

Looking at my Global Traffic folder, that list looks pretty close. The G550 and Lear are there. I’m also seeing an HS125 folder

Here you go.

Disco! I recall some guys that wanted me to play ATC with them in the sim years ago. “Uh, nah, don’t think so”.

Yeah I think the appeal of flight though is universal - even to pilots ™!

Ya just want to do stuff you can’t normally do. Escapism, and all that what-not. I’ve wondered why I like this entertainment genre so much over years. I guess I like the “mission” aspect of it. Feels like I’ve accomplished something and learned a thing or two. Not just given my thumbs a good workout.; improved my fast-twitch hand muscles.

I’m really liking the Bush Pilot thing lately - finding it more rewarding than the Heavy Metal sims; hands and feet going at it like a crazed butter-churner, ducking under a cloud-deck, then floating over some trees to plop down on a rough dirt patch. Ahh.

Yep…that’s totally what I enjoy too. The meticulous preparation and focus required in my daily flying job is enough that I don’t want to repeat that very often at home. PC flying lets me do the things I can’t do in real life (unless I move to Alaska anyway). I still dream of a day I might be able to own a plane and fly around to some of these bush strips I see on YouTube. Looks like a fun way to spend some time - packing a tent and some fishing poles and a cooler into the light airplane and heading for a forestry strip somewhere in the backcountry. :sunglasses:

When I was in AK, in my twenties, I flew with a guy once or twice to fishing camps. I enjoyed the flights but that dude (Bush Pilot) was…different. He was the culprit that got me the drunkest I’ve ever been in my life; he always had cash and ‘fed’ our lil going away party til it was outta control. I remember nothing, except, apparently, I like to ‘wrassel’ when I’m over-served.

I didn’t appreciate it enough then. One was a version of a Cub, the other I don’t know what it was; 4-seats, high wing, fat tires. We (two passengers) had all our crap shoved behind the back seats. He landed on the gravel SHORE LINE! First time I’d ever seen that.

One of the finest aircraft in Xplane. I really enjoy it. Lots of great details in the TBM.

They did an outstanding job with it. I really should fly it more often.

On their discord, they said they are working on a citation that will make the TBM look bush league in comparison. Will definitely be picking it up.

Did they say which Citation? Cessna, in their infinite wisdom, named all their jets Citation in one way or another… Citation II, Citation Jet, Citation Mustang, Citation Sovereign, Citation Latitude… etc etc. They go from rather slow (The straight winged Citations)…to very fast (The Citation X)…

I think it was a citation 550.

Then there’s the Citation X - “Cessna’s Revenge” we used call it. “Slow-tation” my arse, we’ll show-em. We’ll make one FASTER than anybody else. Ha!

One extreme to the other… unfortunately I only flew the Citation II (CE550), and mostly from the right seat. It’s a great airplane, with really amazing visibility, which allows you to enjoy the view as you slowly fly to your destination. Just kidding Chris…@BeachAV8R

I had a last hurrah! with the Carenado sale late last night. For some reason, the F33 Bonanza and the B58 Baron caught my eye…

That also took my org store points past the finish line for the FF 757 Global package… not a bad aircraft to get for free!

Jumped into Vatsim at Dublin, very busy today. Not sure how safe/accurate the flight operations are here, but really cool to here all the chatter on ground and tower frequencies.

I’ve been drinking and I’m currently over Garnet Ave. in an ultralight. @Hangar200 I’m sure you have an idea how this will end. Screens forthcoming.
