I would suspect in the general X-Plane AddOns category. I think that most people in the Virtual Airline will get their info from there as well.
And I would create a new post in that thread based on the area, but maybe not the group doing the scenery. EX: I really should have made the OrbX Florida thread more generic. In my mind, that allows discussion of a scenery area agnostic of how it was created. But also, now that I think of it … that may not apply to scenery 
I am open to suggestions.
