I wish DCS did night cities as nicely as that.

It’s such a shame it is missing proper FMS stuff. Looks great though.

They just added a lot of that…

Many thanks to GACSavannah for creating this replica paint scheme on the Learjet 45 of our old MedCenter Air Citation V N205CM…! I can’t wait to give it a whirl…!

GNS comes to Aerofly FS2

Kai at JustFlight shows off the Ipacs GNS 530 working in JustFlights upcoming Turbo Arrow for Aerofly FS2

Dear Friends,

Today I want to show you something what I think, is really exciting

Please do me the favor and read the text below the first picture, it’s importat to me!

So, what am I talking about? Have a look :)

Yes, here is the very first GNS 530 in Aerofly FS2!

This incredible work is done by IPACS, in particular, as you might imagine already, by Jan ( Jet-Pack ). The whole system is built into the sim, so no slowing external dll’s are used and the GNS can be build in any other aircraft in the future.

Now, I really want to point out that IPACS has done this huge project as support towards JustFlight. My special thanks goes to Marc for making it possible and of course to Jan for the great work! Thank you very much!

Of course, not all functions of the real GNS are working yet (you wouldn’t believe how complex it actually is), but here are some examples what we have (not complete, just to give an idea):

Best Regards,

Kai

How much of the world do they have scenery for?

More scenery coming continously, but rather fragmented at present.

Here’s the DLC list from Steam.

And you can, technically, fly between regions. The area from So Cal to Denver is pretty well populated and gives plenty of room to roam.

Kind of reminds me of how subLogic’s FlightSimulator looked in the beginning - 1987 timeframe. :slightly_smiling_face:

Which is why I bought the Meigs scenery…
It does feel a bit like home.
First airfield I ever took off into to the virtual skies, from.
