TrackIR is supported and works well. I guess that’s not much help on xbox?

can also confirm that underslung grenade launchers are fatal within 10ft even if the round has not armed… it had to be tested :smile: and that you can detonate anti tank mines by shooting them … but they have a large fatal blast radius :boom:

the view distance and the performance is very good, compared to Arma 3… or the brooks with running water look amazing

I’m genuinely surprised how much i enjoyed reforger as a hardcore player for a long long time of 3.
I can’t really remember ever playing vanilla 3, i must of done but only recall the epic time i had playing so much epoch, wasteland and overpoch. I loved those mods so much.
I thought i was going to hate reforger. But jumping in with you guys showed it has so much potential.

The driving alone is worth the money paid. Choppering is fun too.

I must buy the Arma Reforger finally. The landscape is exactly like our country including buildings, civil cars, etc. like as in Czechoslovakia 1970-1990. Cities and villages are realistic as much as shall be. I mean it looks exactly as I remember it from childhood. Always when played Operation Flashpoint or Arma series I have the same feeling. Yeah, of course! We don’t have a sea, that is only one difference.

I’ve been followin this thread with envy for a while and the last few days I was finally able into dive back in Reforger for a bit.

It’s nice to see the game shaping up. My biggest surprise is the Conflict MP mode, typically not kind of stuff I would do with an Arma game but BIS really nailed it.

The base building mechanic is pretty nice but the way objects can’t really clipped into one another make very tricky to build even basic fortifications

Where is this?!? A mod? This is nearly exactly the same as my one. Soft roof, doors and cargo cover.

I must see this asap. If it had a winch on the front id say it was exactly my truck

It’s one of the default HMMWV. IIRC there are 2 or 3 soft top variant, 2 hard top and the ambulance one

The Huey Gunship and BTR-70 and BRDM-2 are missing as well IIRC. The transport Huey with and without door gunners is in the normal build I think.

Interesting, I wasn’t aware that buildings are destroyable.

only with mortar, helicopter rockets or anti tank mines detonated close to the building… the explosive charges do nothing to normal buildings, but make short work of wood sheds
