CombatFlite: DCS Flight Planning Tool

One of the big things missing in DCS is the ability to share mission planning or briefing information in multi-player. This would potentially solve some of those issues:

Yes. This looks intriguing!

I’d love some AV8B fuel planning in something like that.

Still no word on when (or how) it’s going to be released but it seems to be shaping up nicely!

It is out, apparently!

(My work proxy has blocked it for some reason, so I’m waiting for @Toppometer’s informed opinions)

Dangit, mine too.

So this is something we would use instead of the mission editor within DCS to build missions, or mainly for multiplayer mission briefing?

Edit: I guess I should have read this thread more…

I think we’re gonna need a fly-in and community mission in the near future to test all this out.

You know, for science and stuff.

Provided I don’t lose power for very long, I can probably play some this weekend.

My schedule for this weekend is variable, I’ll let you know via PM. That said It’s been too long since we’ve done anything community wise. I think it’s past time I threw together another MCE, I think this one should be a bit… Borkier

I’m thinking something the SLAM-ER mission in Declared Hostile. Errr, without the SLAMs.

Crap, I need to hurry up and finish that one. Especially now that the third book was just released this past week.

There’s always the dock strike from the first book too…

No worries. I’m three days back from my own, and I already want to go back.
