OK?!?

@AndyE trying to be an actual hornet and make a nest (2.5.6 server desync bug).

Another player in a F-14B stirred up the nest, just not one of Hornets…

Pre-sunsrise attack on the HQ.

Ah, 2.5.6 dawn lighting.

The handiwork of my rocket attacks (M151 HE, Ripple Pairs, 14x, CCIP).

Getting those columns before they get to the front.

What did you get?

Nothing special, a Samsung RU7100 55" TV. Going from a 42" 1080p TV the difference is pretty astounding.

Now wait once you try out VR with decent resolution :vr:

Getting ready to go kick a nest of sea Flankers with @Franze.

Franze air mailing a Phoenix to someone in the next zip code.

Back in one piece this time.

Bonus shot of Franze bring the Turkey in.

@Wes looking majestic.

Wes attempting to kill things with ALL the rockets.

Yes, this Free Trial is fun!

My first landing ever (not the first successful  )

And I even managed to not hit anyone

In the fields

Just fun! (and yes, I tested how long will stay the opened canopy with me; not for very long  )

Wow! Look at all those chem trails! :open_mouth:

Scientists have shown that is the optimal pattern for mixing and dispersion of chemicals before they work their way down to the ground level.

Air is getting pretty thin up here.

Tried to put down my landing gear today and it turned the left display into a slot machine! First try didn’t let me put my gear down, but the second pull did the trick (ignore that awful approach, I was panicking). Managed to capture a screenshot before it went away and not crash.

thought I’d share this from one of the lads in the 229AHB (H/229 Skeeter)
‘Viper at dawn’

for all its ‘faults & features’, DCS is strikingly beautiful at times

So… is this an April Fool’s joke or something? Every pull of the gear handle started a slot machine. About the fifth time the handle glowed red and the gear finally came down…

Last year Matrix Over G effect, this year we’ve got Vegas fun in cockpit, I wonder what they’ll think off in 2021?

On the one hand it’s a pretty good joke.

But on the other hand, this was literally the second time I’ve fired up DCS in over a month or two. I had completed my first ever cold start to carrier take off, spend 30 minutes in the air remember how to set up rockeyes, dropped them, navigated my way back to the carrier, and was set up in one of best Case I patterns I’ve had in a while. It was all looking to be a very satisfying “start to finish” mission. But by the time I figured out WTF was going on with the gear and got them down, I was like at 6k ft and 10 miles from the boat. It was late and I gave up. Totally killed my mood…

It’s on F-16 and Hornet, any others?
