I love that type Golf. I had one when I lived in München. For 2 years, I drove almost every Monday to Nuremberg to see a client. It was 161 Km to their office and most days it took me 55 minutes door to door 
. I would get on the Autobahn [9] and literally hold my right foot in the floor. The engine would howl, but never explode. I sold it to another American ex pat when I left. He drove it away and called me that night complaining that the throttle cable had snapped on the way to his flat. We chuckled and he said the the DM 1500 he had paid me was so agreeable to not worry about the repair cost. Even if it was red

@chipwich Yeah the old Golfs had a really good reputation for being durable. Quite often rust was their only real problem. I know several people who had cars like that. Some of them got wet feet when it rained, or had doors that didn’t properly close anymore, but none of them ever had engine problems or something like that.
Here is my second recorded stage.
Fun fact: I switched on the windshield wipers and forgot with which button I could have switched them off again. And then somehow my brain stopped noticing them. I really forgot they were on while driving, and only noticed it in the replay.

At one point the co-pilot goes “temps are rising, is there a puncture up front?” No ■■■■ m8 we just T-boned a boulder back there.

11 minutes of fantastic action there Gunnyhighway, without doubt my favourite moment being when your bonnet flew off and almost immediately you looked to your left and your co pilot looked as if he had his head in his hands.
I missed the next minute because I was laughing so much, classic stuff, keep it up please

Stage 1 and 2 complete. Fun stages so far! Got some video of both stages uploading. That 2nd stage and the sprint to the finish was fun!

trying to watch replay of gunny, but it is choppy like no one’s business. Was that part of the stream? The vid seems like it’s still playing, like it’s not buffering. Weird.

I did have some problems with twitch lately. Pretty much as you describe it.
But Gunny’s stream seemed to work for me today.

WTF. That is one BS penalty it gave me on the 5th stage. I am sooooo unimpressed. I missed the turn a shade and had to go around the spectator trucks lining the path. Gave me a 33 second penalty. Otherwise I would have fastest stage so far (beating um, just aginor haha), and be only 4 seconds behind him after all.
AHHHHH.
edit: looks I had the save video setting off in twitch. It’ll be on for next time.
For those who watched… how was the sound? did you have just the game or could you hear me?

I’m still struggling with DCS case 1 CV landing, not sure when I will get to try this out. But too good a deal to pass. Probably will end up like double torture if I play both and suck at both
