Me and my boy finished Stalker 2 yesterday. He’s far better at the bossfights than me, but I’m better at tactical situations with multiple enemies. We had fun. Such a beautiful game that.
Next up on the xbox are murdering all the spartans as Kassandra in AC:Odyssey and after that either Baldurs Gate III or AC:Shadows.
The final “Down Below” end game mission was intense. I died a few times but I managed to get through it. Which ending did you get? I got the “Ward” ending.
Not my type of game, but I am loving this set up. I’ll be stealing this idea for a PG campaign. Can we bribe CurrentHill to give us MiG-23s that aren’t ugly? This will be perfect for Phantoms.
Wow, didn’t know that even exists. I played the original Twilight Struggle computer version maybe half a dozen time remotely with a friend. It’s good fun, a constant struggle for priorities and, depending on your card hand, exploiting opportunities. Most embarassing moment was when I started WWIII when not paying too much attention to the on screen warnings. Highlight was maybe a Quagmire card that the US player failed to answer for a complete hand. If you’re into lightweight strategy games and don’t mind the card mechanics, will happily recommend the original game.
Still playing Silent Hill 2 and I’m still pretty gutted about a certain NPC who was killed in a really terrible way. Those of you who have played the game probably know who I’m talking about.
Did anyone try the enhanced versions of the Stalker games trilogy? If you had the first edition of the games on Steam or GOG you should have them for free.
Haven’t tried them yet - we’re having some hilarious internet problems where I am because the people lucky enough to be connected by a wire are getting upgraded boxes for higher speeds, the phone users are getting 5G and us on Fixed Wireless are getting nothing and our service is being interrupted
But I’m overdue for a replay through at least the first game and maybe Clear Sky as well, so this might be a good impetus to do it?
