Could it be attempting to open a browser window? Can you log into xbox.com?
That looks like the MS Store icon though?
Yes. And I’m logged into the Xbox app.
So, I found my old Tiger Moth via the Just Flight store, where I bought it for MSFS2020 and the download and code was still valid. It is compatible with 2024 but lacks some native enhancements. It’s the same version as on the FS Store. i installed it and flew happily around for an hour!
So I guess MS won’t be getting paid for that one after all…
Saved by the grind!
was exactly thinking about that ’ why the hack you want to rebuy this bird ’ !?
its really nicely modeled one , thats without a doubt . so assumed you wanted to buy one more ’ overpriced coffee ’ to the dev ![]()
btw I think he deserves it , iirc he allowed to use this Tiger Moth 3D model to be used and released as freeware addon for XP
Simply because I thought my old purchase wasn’t valid anymore. I had to search through old emails to find out where I got it and I didn’t think the download was accessible any longer. But it was and it was the latest version too!
WTG JustFlight! ![]()
noice ! have similarly good experience with JustFlight
I use Chromes Google password manager (I used to use roboform) to remember my passwords for me
I use a pwd manager too, but that only helps if I can remember where I bought my addons! ![]()
Interesting:
So, yeah… I brought it.
A payware Hawker Hunter for MSFS2024.
I am playing MSFS2024 more and more. I just cant figure out why there is no traffic on the airports. In the Options I have Variety set to High and Amount of traffic to High… I spawn in SEA TAC and it is empty. That airport has NEVER been empty IRL.
I have no experience with the default MSFS 2024 traffic… other than I ALWAYS see some traffic at the airports even though I believe I have switched off all traffic options. Go figure.
Have a look at the freeware FSLTL which works now also in MSFS 2024.
It populates the airports and airways with real life traffic and liveries. I quite like it.
Thank You @apollon01 , I had a look at a video of FSLTL and its pretty convincing. Ill give it a go.
I see loads of traffic with no mods. Much of my flying is in high-density areas like Tokyo, NYC and SoCal.
Seattle should be swamped with traffic. I tried smaller airports and got the same results. Something is wrong… I can feel it.
Seems interesting. Just wonder how the canned ATC will mesh with active ATC
I would like to also recommend FSLTL. I have it set to auto start with FS 2020 and 2024. But I use the defaults, so the command prompt pauses at loading allowing you the option to have it inject traffic or not. If you want traffic, just alt-tab to the window and press Enter. If you don’t want traffic, do nothing. Regardless, at least in my system, once it’s loaded, the performance impact is very low.
